Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Altheon Technologies website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Altheon Technologies provides enterprise software solutions including POS systems, mobile applications, websites, and custom enterprise software. Specific deliverables, timelines, and terms are defined in individual project agreements.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback, and necessary access or assets. Delays caused by the client may affect agreed timelines.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Altheon Technologies retains rights to any proprietary tools, frameworks, or pre-existing code used in delivery. We reserve the right to reference completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Payment schedules and amounts are defined per project contract. General terms require a deposit before work begins. Altheon Technologies reserves the right to pause or terminate work on overdue accounts.
6. Limitation of Liability
Altheon Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software beyond the agreed project scope. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice as specified in the project contract. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
